Interested in the Bridging the Transition Workshop?

The Bridging the Transition Workshop is a 2-day, interactive introduction to the Bridging the Transition Framework, and includes the following content:

  • An overview of the framework and how it was developed

  • A summary of evidence-informed practices in homelessness prevention

  • A detailed introduction to all components of the Bridging the Transition framework, including an application to case-based scenarios

  • An introduction to strategies that can be used at individual, community and population levels

  • An opportunity to identify areas of focus for your own community to help to promote homelessness prevention

  • An introduction to advocacy approaches such as media engagement, engaging with policymakers, and using research to highlight areas of intervention in your own community
